Didn't receive your product/password?
When you purchased you entered your billing information and your email twice.
You are sent:
- receipt
- 2 emails with links (one directly to the product)
Sometimes the email with the link to access your product goes into the JUNK
or SPAM folder instead of the In-box. Have a look in any of those folders for an email from 'orders@' and you'll
find a link to go to a webpage to access your product. If you don't access the link in you email soon enough...
You get an error "Link Expired"
To prevent abuse and theft, the link to download your product will
'expire' within a few days of receiving it. It's important to BOOKMARK the members area and save your password.
Ideas:
- write all info down and put in wallet
- save info in your 'memos' in your mobile phone
- create a text file with the info and save on your desktop
- email the link and password to yourself
We will reply shortly with updated access instructions - please allow up to
12 hrs (as we don't live in front of the computer). Weekend issues will be handled immediately Monday morning - pacific
Video Issues...
The performance of the video will depend on the speed of your internet connection.
Slow or choppy?
These are streaming, online videos = MEANING they download at the SAME TIME as you're watching them.
If your connection is a bit slow (depends on time of day, # of people in your area using it, dial-up connections)
the view will appear to stop and start - its because you're watching faster than you are downloading.
Solution #1: Click 'play' wait a couple of seconds then 'pause'
- The video will begin loading (grey horizontal line starts moving right).
Start reading the insightful written instructions I slaved over.
Once the grey horizontal slider is 1 inch to 2 inches long
(30 seconds to 2 min) click 'play' and the video should be smoother.
Solution #2: Update your web browser.
- You may have an old, outdated internet browser.
It's easy...Go to the grey menu bar at the top of your internet browser
> click 'help' > 'update' > restart your computer. This will ensure you have the latest technology to play online video.
Solution #3: Update your Flash video player.
- If you have an old version any internet videos will be hard for you.
Flash Player - it doesn't cost a dime
Solution #4: High viewership.
- It could be that you're using the internet at one of those peak times when everyone else is too.
Try reading the written instruction at those peak times and viewing the
videos a bit earlier in the day or later in the evening.
